Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchsae and sometimes that means what you thought you were buying doesn’t always seem that way when it is received. We also know, coordinating fabrics and colors is not always a perfect process.  So, we offer an easy and FREE 30-day return and/or exchange policy on purchases. We will refund your purchase total, less any applicable outgoing shipping costs should your order have shipped free.

So how simple is it really to return to The Pillow Collection… let us tell you:
1) Box up your pillow(s) in their original packaging that you want to return.
2) Affix the Return Service Label that comes with your shipment to the outside of your packaging.
3) Hand the parckage to your local UPS carrier.
4) Upon our receipt of the return we will issue you a refund less any outgoing shipping costs (which is usually $8 – $12 per order.)

Please note we do not include Return Service Labels with Wholesale / Trade orders. For Wholesale customers only, please ship your return to us at the address below at your own expense. All returns must be received within 30-days of having left our warehouse.
