Has my order shipped?
To see if you order has shipped login to your account and select My Orders on the left. It will bring up your entire order history. From there you can see the status of your order.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
To modify items in your order (or in your cart,) go to your cart and either adjust the quantity (QTY) or use the "X" to remove the line item completely. After you update your cart be sure to submit the "Update Your Cart" button so your changes are properly updated.
How do I track my order?
To track your order after it has been placed, login to your account and select My Orders on the left. You will then see your order history. Select your order to then find the order tracking number. Please note, most orders will ship within 3-5 business days. Due to the nature of our "made-to-order" model, some orders may take longer especially if they include a 20" x 20" upgrade and/or piping.
My order never arrived.
Login to your account and select My Orders on the left. Please first confirm your order has shipped and has a tracking number. You should able to track your order by clicking on the actual tracking number from the order detail page. If you need help tracking your order, if your order has yet to ship and/or your order is lost please contact us directly at 888-617-4556 or email@example.com.
When will my backorder arrive?
We always want to ship your order as quickly as humanly possible. In some instances we will choose to backorder an item(s) so we can get you what is available sooner. Generally a backordered item(s) will ship several days later and at our expense. You are always welcome to contact us directly at 888-617-4556 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
